How to post activities if you already have your login
1. Log in to get to your My Account page. (If you don't remember your User ID and password but you know you set one up, you can have it sent to you using the Password tab.)
2. On your My Account page, you will see a link to Add Activity. Click on that and complete the form.
Tips for entering events:

- Any time you have a special event that is open to the public, make sure it’s on our calendar. Hosting a fall harvest festival? Post it to the calendar! Have special pick-your-own-pumpkin hours on weekends? Post them to the calendar! Offering pony rides at special times? Post them to the calendar! Essentially, ANYTHING special qualifies as an event, except “we’re open” if you’re open daily. (But if you’re only open to the public on certain days, that DOES qualify, so post away!)
- When you are posting a regular activity (say, apple picking hours on the weekends or animal petting on Friday afternoons), you need only do this once. Click on every single day in the calendar that you will be having that activity. You can even fast-forward the calendar to next year to get it done for then, too, if you know when you'll be open. Easy!
- Do one post for every different kind of event you are hosting.
- Once you are done with one activity, you can shortcut yourself to make a new one by clicking on the little "Clone" link at the top, change the title, description, dates, and/or graphic, and hit the Save button.
- Make sure that you upload a graphic using the button at the bottom. That makes the event much more attractive to our readers.
If you can't find your login info
1. Try to log in by clicking here. If you don't remember your User ID and password, you can have it sent to you using the Password tab. However, sometimes that doesn't work because a different email address than yours was originally used to set up the account for your organization. So if you don't quickly get an email with password reset information, then...
2. Click here to use this form to request a new User ID and password.
If you need to re-add your organization listing to KidsOutAndAbout:
If you already have a personal login account, log in to get to your My Account page and follow the links.
If you're new to KidsOutAndAbout:
1) Get yourself a personal login account (upper right-hand corner of any KOA page or click here.)
2) From your new My Account page, click Add Organization.
3) Again from your new My Account page, post any events, class series, or camps with the links provided to the forms. (Single-day classes or camps, or those that can be attended on one OR all days, should be posted as events.)
4) As soon as we see your information on our admin desk, we'll approve it for viewing by the public or get back to you with questions. (You can add activities before the organization is publicly visible,)
5) If we notice that you have posted a duplicate organization listing, no worries! Our webmaster will merge the two.
